Thalassemia, Hemophilia are some of the genetic blood disorders, which can strike almost any one. For example, ten thousand Thalassemic children are born every year in India. They need blood to survive as routine, usually every 3-4 weeks to survive. Similarly, Hemophilia patients lack blood clotting factors especially VIII & IX. And any delay may cause excessive bleeding and death. India is having more than 75000 Hemophilia patients. Such patients need your support apart form blood.
Blood Line Thane is committed to provide safe blood to these children on priority basis. More than 100 such children are enrolled with Blood Line Thane Blood Centre for past 7 years and the number is increasing. We request you to come forward generously and sponsor such children.
Annual Individual Sponsorship: Rs.10,000 per Child
Annual Corporate Sponsorship: Rs. 10,00,000 for 100 children.
Blood Component Gift Vouchers:
Many poor patients in government hospitals, private dispensaries often struggle to pay the hospital bills and find it very difficult to manage blood when required. They ultimately depend on paid professional donors for replacement and risk their life. Cash donations to such patients may not be of help as they need blood without replacement. Blood Line Thane is the only blood centre that provides 100% blood without replacement.
If you are interested to support such poor patients in government or municipality hospitals, or private dispensaries, we issue ”Blood Component Gift Voucher”s to you that comes in 500 and 1000 denomination. You can distribute these “Gift Voucher”s to patients in such hospitals who can redeem it to get free blood components from Blood Line Thane without replacement. You can give
any number of Gift Vouchers to a patient as per requirement.

Blood Mobile Van Sponsorship: BMV
Blood Line Thane Blood Centre has introduced state-of the-art blood mobile vans for the first time in India to encourage blood donors.
The BMVs are most advanced and provide all needed comfort, ambiance and safety to blood donor at his/her door step. More than 12000 voluntary blood donors regularly donate blood at BMVs. To increase safe blood availability in the city, such vans play an immense role in attracting voluntary donors. We request You to come forward and generously contribute to build such BMVs and be part of great cause.
Corporate houses, businessmen generally prefer such sponsorships.

Blood Donor Gifts:
It is vital to encourage voluntary blood donors in the society. Blood collected from voluntary blood donor’s is the safest and most reliable. Blood Centre encourages such voluntary blood donors by way of intangible gifts, trophies, certificates, club membership. We provide light refreshment and drinks to the donor immediately after the donation. You can sponsor any of the above as per your convenience through cash payment or in kind. Such sponsorships help us to leverage some more benefits to poor patients.

Blood Donor Medical Test:
Blood donors are life savers. By regularly donating blood they serve the society and help hundreds of patients to see new life. When such blood donors need medical assistance, the society should respond. Though blood donors are healthy population at times they too need medical / diagnostic assistance. General practitioners, specialists, hospitals providing super specialty treatment and pathological laboratories could provide their bit of discount to such blood donors.
Sponsorship: The sponsorship could be free medical treatment, discount in hospitalization bills, discount in consultation charges, various diagnostic tests.
